Sheldon Solow is an American real estate mogul.[1]
He was born in Brooklyn, New York.[1] He attended New York University but dropped out.[1] In 1972, he invested in what became the Solow Building, which houses KKR and Apollo Global Management.[1]
As of September 2011, he is the 993rd richest person in the world and the 358th richest in the United States, with an estimated wealth of US$1.9 billion.[1] He is married, has two children, and lives in New York City.[1]
